In recent years the topic of website usability has become high profile not least because it is rumoured that some search engines algorithms are taking this into account when they rank websites in their indexes.
Why?
From a search engine perspective it is
not helpful to list a website at the top of an index if it
offers the visitor a poor user experience. Visitors will
leave the website instantly and this may reflect on the search
engine.
As part of the initial consultancy, Betwixt will undertake a usability assessment of your site using a range of tools and highlight any areas that require attention. Particular attention will be given to website pages that fall within the scope of the campaign to ensure that the objectives of the site are fulfilled in terms of user interaction.
